Based on recent weather data from Walton County Emergency Management and local weather authorities, all Walton County Schools will have a three-hour delayed start on Friday, May 10th. Due to this delay, there will be no Pre-K at any school on Friday, May 10th.
The three-hour delay includes all students and employees. Bus schedules will also run on a
three-hour delay. For example, if your student’s bus typically arrives at 7 am, their pick-up time will be 10 am. School dismissal times will run as normal and end-of-day transportation schedules will be unchanged.
Maude Saunders will begin receiving students at 10:00 am. Classes will begin at 10:30am.
Lunch will begin at 10:30 and we will be on regular schedule after that. Dismissal time will remain the same.
