Teacher Appreciation and ESP Recognition Week really looked like Student Success Week at Maude Saunders Elementary School. Science Boot Camp was challenging the great minds of Fifth Grade Students like never before. Excitement with a major mindset of “Get it Done” permeated each group, student, teacher, and classroom as the Superintendent made an unannounced visit! How blessed we are to be in the WCSD. EPIC is simply the way things happen on a daily basis! One would not believe here is only 19 days to go. We are “Having Schools as Usual”! Hanging on and Gaining on!
Walton High School teachers want to be sure our students know how much they are loved and reminded of how hard they have worked this year. As students came ack to school on Monday, our goal was to make them smile a little bigger and feel confident knowing they have a huge support system behind them when they see notes from their teachers lining Braves Blvd. Every Walton High School student has a note of encouragement from someone in the building.
Help us celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week in EPIC fashion!

Mr. Olson, teachers and students are loving the “Together We Rise” interactive wall art. FMS art students worked together to create this uplifting mural to bring Bulldogs together and have some fun.
Fourth grade students at WDE had an awesome time at Biophilia this week. They were able to hold interesting animals and explore nature. Students also learned about the longleaf pine ecosystem and ways to make our planet a better place.
Friday was a day of celebration of students who were A-B Honor Roll for 3 nine weeks at WMS. Not only was it a day where Principal Jason Campbell and AP Scott Hulion grilled for the students but they were able to have some well needed, deserved, and earned free play and game time! Warriors believe that those who work hard should also Play Hard! Superintendent Hughes stopped in and checked on some on site construction and the Agriculture Class who showed off their tomatoes, peppers, and rabbits! Warriors are No Exception to the fact that EPIC is what EPIC Does! #23daystogo
