Fourth graders at WDE created Florida cookies while studying Florida geography. The students also labeled important cities, rivers, regions, surrounding states and bodies of water with icing and candy. After the cookie maps were finished, they enjoyed taking a bite out of Florida!
National Merit Scholarship Student

Congratulations to Walton High School Senior, Kayla Jackson, for being recognized as Walton County's National Merit Scholarship Student. Kayla ranked in the top 5% of the 1.5 million applicants across the nation. Kayla is the daughter of Mitch and Cindy Jackson.
Dugas Family Foundations purchases books for WDE students

2014 Southern Showcase Marching Band Competition
