South Walton High School Seahawks Baseball won the Region championship.  They will leave on Monday to travel to Fort Myers to play in the Final Four.

Congratulations to Head Coach Nick Borthwick, assistant coaches and players for a great season and an exciting 2-0 win last night over Chipley.  A special thank you to all of the Seahawk fans for making the trip to Chipley and supporting the guys.

Way to go Seahawks!

Former West DeFuniak Elementary students participated in a Senior Walk on Monday, May 15th.  Students had their arms outstretched as the Walton High School seniors walked by in cap and gown.  It was easy to see the benefits of this tradition. WHS seniors were setting an example for WDE’s students saying “one day, you too will be here.” Submitted by Darlene Paul.
