WDE 2nd grade students performed “Hats” this past week. The musical was directed by Mr. Nathan Height. Hats of all shapes and sizes took over the stage when a group of milliners help Hatless Henrietta find the perfect hat.  Ima Milliner, who’s hat was not like the rest, showed off her wonderful, magnificent hat of her own creation.  She saw that no matter the hat, it is what’s in your head and heart that counts.  Singing songs like Let’s Party, The Perfect Hat for Me, Keep Your Head in the Game, Uncle Sam Is Who I Am and My Head and My Heart make this the perfect concert to end the year.
