Learning In Action

With Sincere Thanks

March 1, 2019:  Fifth grade music students wrote content-based thank you letters to the Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra after visiting the performance of Peter vs. the Wolf.  We appreciate the opportunity to participate in this truly joyful experience.

Student-led Conferences

January 23, 2019:  MSE fifth graders are taking ownership of their learning by participating in student-led conferences with their parents.  These students are able to speak with confidence about what they know and how they learned it. They set goals, monitor their own progress, and reflect on their own strengths and areas for improvement.

5th Grade Vocabulary Parade

October 31, 2018:  Scenes from the 5th grade vocabulary parade today! Our fifth graders did a great job presenting their words and definitions to the school!
